Welcome to our self-care program which has been designed to support you in establishing and maintaining a positive approach to self- care that fits with your unique life circumstances, strength, challenges and needs.
We have reached our 4th step today and I hope and pray that you are still practicing
your small actions towards self care including your forgiveness prayer and your gratitude ritual within your own sacred space. Also please make use of a journal or notebook to keep all your exercises in one place so you can go back to it whenever you need to.

Who are you?
Using your wish list, create a collage of words and pictures that describes the things that are
Special about you, like your personality, your talents and your abilities
Also describe the things that you value in life as well as the things that your family and friends value about you.
Be sure to include your goals/dreams as well.
So whenever you are unsure of yourself, just look at this page and remember
The things you enjoy in life and remind yourself of your talents, your abilities and your family and friends who value you.
This exercise might take long to do and might also be difficult to start but
Don’t be afraid to ask for help from a loved on or myself if at any time you feel stuck.
